kursus orientasi pegawai baru

hari ini dan semalam yakni 23 dan 24 Mac 2010, i was attended orientation course for new staff of HSNZ. A lot of knowledge, experience and memory i got from this course..from this 2days course i was glad that now i have idea what is means of ISO, accreditation, how to apply leave, how to claim allowance, and how to behave myself as government staff..futhermore i'm also replenish my soul back with tazkirah from ustaz...rindunya nk dgr ceramah...hati ini seolah2 berjiwa kembali...akhirnya my soul get their food today (santapan rohani)...

not forget, during this course there also have stress management slot...xsangka rupa2nya saya dalam stress...nnt sy story back sbb apa sy stress n shared skit tazkirah dr ustaz tu..

seperti biasa, sy suka amik gmbr kalu sy attend apa2..

ni lah dia apperentice 4 antara 5 jururawat u41 yang berkhidmat di HSNZ..

dr gmbr yg plg besar ke kecik K.Zu, K. Wani, Hajar n Jeliha

sorg lg Rasyidah..dia xdpt attend sbb lacking of staff in her ward, so sister xbg kelepasan

activities of the day part 2

after came back from mentor mentee course, my mother, Jeliha and me go to KFC pantai batu buruk..Jeliha treat us..hehe thanks Jeli..moga Allah memberkati rezeki kamu dan membuka lebih banyak pintu2 rezeki kepada kamu.

2 orang anak beranak angkat yg khusyuk mkn nasi beriyani..AuMMm..!!

ak pn dh lama xmkn KFC..br ni one of my friend ask me to meet at KFC and lunch there but dek kerana nafsu kemalasan merantai diri, dh rugi xleh mkn KFC..

(dlu KFC ni bkn main boikot dgn McD..ttp skrg boikot entah ke mana..aduhh..apa nk jd..diri ini smkn jahil sejak memasuki alam pekerjaan ni..)

then, balik rumah after perform solah maghrib, Jeli and me stroll at Taman Shahbandar..searching for Jeli's engagement cloth but no design attracted Jeli..so we went to boutique, Kamdar but still not found..

at Taman Shahbandar a funny situation happens to me..

Sedang, jeli asyik memilih baju-baju, ada sorg bdk asyik tgk je kat saya..dalam hati "asal bdk ni?" then she said."eh, bkn mama...bakpe baju sama dgn mama.." i'm just smile at her...then her mother came.."mama, bakpe kakak ni pakai bj sama dgn mama...dia sape mama..?"sambil menuding ke arah ak...dlm hati..alaa bdk ni malulah akak...time ni muka dh blush..smbg bdk kecik tu lg "kita igt dia mama td...bj dia sama dgn mama...mama kenal ke dgn kakak ni..pakat beli baju sama"....dlm hati ak "alahai bdk.. byk ckp btl...kakak malu ni..dh bj beli, blh je sama dgn sape2"smbl tu cover2 wat xdgr n wat ckp2 dgn Jeli...rasa xsbr je nk lari dr situ...

kalau anda jd sy jupe dgn org pakai bj sama apa reaksi anda ek?..

activities of the day

today, i was attending mentor mentee course management at perpustakaan awam negeri terengganu..we (me and Jeliha) arrived early, so we took breakfast first at food stall in front of that library..(abis my shapeworks diet programme...camne nk kurus ni..)...

then, we went to library for registration...alaa..blh pakai baju kurung ke?schematic betul ni pakai baju uniform..huhu...nk wat camne skema pn skema lah...

Jeliha gives full attention to presentation...jgn mata pndg depan, fikiran d KL suda...hehe

bakal2 mentor yg kebanyakkannya terdiri dr klgn nurse u32 (sister)

"MC: silakan para peserta menjamu selera di ruang makan yg disediakan"

tgk...sume bgn dgn cepat...lapar lah tu...

what i got from this course today?

> kena wat test...soalan dia sbjk mcm menjwb exam..huhu...alamak..xleh jwb...byk ilmu yg dh lupa..yelah dulu blaja sbb nk lulus periksa..skrg dh menyesal..spttnya dr dulu dh psg niat blaja sbb nk guna selamanya bkn skdr exam

actually this course will take 2 days but i can't attend this course tomorrow. i need to attend another orientation course for new recruitment at auditorium HSNZ..feel so rugi..tp i'm still happy because i'm still can escape from ward managemnet....hahahha and got CPD point..and one more thing i hope i can see someone...and say "Hi" hehehe

tomorrow i'll attend mentor mentee course at Perpustakaan Negeri Terengganu....yahooo!

dengue management course

today at 2.30pm till 5pm i'm attend dengue management course at ACC, HSNZ.. actually i'm not participant on the list but i'm tried pursued my sister a.k.a my new mentor to allow me to attend this course...(malas nk duk kt ward n care pt)....then she gave permission..syukran Ya Allah n sister..

the course went smoothly and a lot of input i got..

during attended this course, flight of memory comes in my mind..

"dengue fever" terms bring a lot memory to me

1st i remember one of my lecturer at USM that told me if you have dengue fever, you must drink 100 plus then your BP will increase to normal. this is first time i heard 100 plus use as a treatment in dengue fever

2nd during my interview to become a staff nurse at a private hospital in Kuala Terengganu, the interviewer ask me to explain regarding the common disease happens..and at that time Chingukunya was so popular. Chingukunya a type of dengue fever..byk gila kelentong time ni..but xsangka apa yg dikelentong rupa-rupanya betul..

3rd during my interview SPA, the interviewer also asked me about dengue fever..they ask type of dengue fever, how to control dengue breeding, what common investigation and what promotion that u can give to community..huhuhu...asyik kena interview psl dengue je..

4th during clinical assessment in my final year (during medical posting) i need to explain about Intravenous fluid and it's relation to patient under my observation. one of my patient has dengue fever...so at that time, the hartman's in progress..i'm so lucky because before the assessment i dah ask HO why they put hartman's? so i can answered my lecturer question..hahaha...the reason is hartman's is crystalloid, so it can replace fluid as in dengue fever HCT is increase due to plasma leakage happens.

i'm not a good relative

one of my mother's cousin admit to my ward due to CVA and tro meningitis..but i'm reluctance to take care of her..i'm just watching from far...i'm bet the other my relative who accompanied her will talk bad about me..."hajar yang sombong.." aduhh...!

yes..

i'm admit that i'm not a good nurse especially if the patient is someone i know..

because i'm not confident to take care someone i know

and i'm feel shy too..

so..for those who know me, if you admit to my ward don't high expect to get best nursing care from me...i'm not good nurse for you..
