Tragedy 1

Sejuknya hati memandang sepasang suami isteri ini. so romantic..alahai bestnya kalu saya mempnyai suami seperti suaminya..so caring, so accountability, so loving and so kind. His wife's medical diagnosis is CCF 2 cardiomyopathy, obese, abdominal cellulitis and cushing syndrome. Kalau kamu melihat isterinya, sy rasa suami yg biasa-biasa mesti dh tgglkan isterinya, xpn xsanggup nk jaga and let others people to take. Dek kerana ingin menjaga isterinya dgn sepenuh hati dia sanggup berhenti bekerja. Si suami tak kisah pun amik bedpan saat wife nya nk urinate, do sponging, mengetip kuku isterinya, menyuap mknn..sesekali bergurau make his wife happy and forgot about the pain, the disease she has..wah so sweet kn..Kita yang tengok ni, tersenyum melihat kemesraan mereka..ada damai di hati..

Tragedy 2

One of patient in green color cubicle tiba-tiba collapse!.Then, dengan sepantas kilat menolak katil ke acute cubicle.seronok tgk..mmg sgt pantas menolak..good teamwork quickly established then quickly do CPR..the nurses quickly pasang suction, ambu bag oksigen, push emergency trolley, and psg cardiac monitoring, haemodynamic monitoring...atropine 2 ampoule and adrenaline 2 ampoule injected. the cardiac monitoring shows supraventricular tachycardia..stop chest compression and doing intubation..yes succeed..Spo pick up back from 47% to 87% then increase again to 99%..Bp low, run fast gelafundin..then cardiac monitoring show ventricular tachycardia, adenosine injected at the nearest peripheral line to heart. then still show VT, 2nd dose adenosine given..still VT then 3rd dose given..still VT, defib given..still the same..Bagging oxygen in progressesed, Bp still low, 2nd pint gela run fast..infusion Dobutamine single strength in progresses. then 150 mg amiodarone injected in 100mls D5%..then maintain 600mg for 23hours..implementation continued until anaesth and ventilator arrived..

sy harap umur makck ni pnjg..n akan jupe lg today..nnt sy story macam mana condition dia..

so skrg, ada 3 pt yg layak berada d ICU d ward sy..

then again one of my senior said.."Aja, ni kalu jg acute cubicle mmg laris lah.." hehe..skrg sy xmau sedih2 dh..i will accept it positively..at least when that situation occur i can learn something..
